Consultation Services

Since astrology consultations and reports involve personalized analysis and digital delivery, refunds are generally not available once work has started.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was deducted multiple times.
• Service cannot be delivered due to technical issues from our side.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided for:

• Change of mind after booking.
• Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions.
• Incorrect information provided by the user.
• Services already delivered.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before consultation work begins.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
